I’m not going to be able to do a post today. I agreed to work a double — and it’s a long one. In addition to my regular Saturday patient, they need me to go back out to the lady I was with last night because her regular Saturday night caregiver is sick.

So, heavy sigh. Another super long day when I said I wouldn’t do this anymore!!!

But I’ll be back tomorrow.
