An Ashwagandha Afternoon

I don’t know why yet, but for some reason the surgeon was not able to perform the surgery on Valerie today and he had to send her home.

I don’t know what will happen next. Val’s partner texted me just to say that Val was back home now, sleeping, and they would know more later.

I’m going to do yoga now and try to relax.

Have a good evening, wherever you are in the world.
