I’ve seen this before, Marilyn, in the book THE CREATURE FROM JEKYLL ISLAND, about the history of the Federal Reserve. In 1965 or thereabouts, a man went to court in his state (Pennsylvania? Not sure), claiming his mortgage was invalid for the same reasons claimed in the video.
The judge saw things his way, dismissed the case against him and let him keep his house but warned him not to tell anyone, as it would start a run on the banks issuing mortgages and could bring the whole system crashing down.
Nice to see it again, with Trump coming in in four days; hope he’ll do something about it!
And did you notice Trump’s latest social media post, this morning? Touting his newest hire, Bill Pulte, as Director of the Federal Housing FINANCE Agency? (Didn’t know there was such a thing till this morning.)
