It’s kind of maddening that Amazon bans Half-Moon Bride and 1954 Powder Blue Pickup but goes ahead and publishes something like this.

The good news, though, is that both Half-Moon Bride and 1954 Powder Blue Pickup are now in global distribution as eBooks and available for sale pretty much everywhere else in the world. (Although if you want 1954 Powder Blue Pickup in print, Amazon is still selling that.)
