Here’s A Good Thing!

It seems that Faulkner had an even tinier desk than I have! And he wrote many masterpieces of fiction. Not to mention, also got some sort of a Noble Prize.

So that’s exciting and fills me with hope!

This is from Instagram. Someone I follow went to visit the Faulkner homestead and posted some photos:

I really wasn’t going to spend much time on the blog today because I have the entire day to spend on Novitiate and I don’t want to get distracted.

Plus, it is an absolutely gorgeous day here today and I really love sitting at my larger-than-Faulkner’s desk and writing on a gorgeous day — and when it’s the summer Solstice (!!!!!!), to boot!

BTW– I still follow the Cainer Horoscopes in the UK, and here is my horoscope for today:

But add to that — the ideas and the visuals for the scope for Novitiate just keep coming. I’m sort of astounded by it but I couldn’t be happier.

So I’m not going to spend too much time here today. I want to get to the writing.

It has something to do with Jeff Beck, although I have no idea what. But he does indeed have two guitars here, so, well something’s going on. Perhaps it is Jeff Beck’s guitar. I don’t know.

But Johnny Depp only posts to Instagram sporadically, so I thought I’d share it here.

It’s also the heavenly anniversary of when Tom & Dana Petty had their public wedding: June 21, 2001. They were married privately in Vegas, earlier in the month, but had a public wedding in Malibu a couple weeks later, which was officiated by the Right Reverend Little Richard.
