Needless to say, Mardi Gras is not a real big thing here in Crazeysburg. But if you celebrate it, wherever you are in the world, I hope you have a great one.
And I have to add, I think it’s really strange that Valentine’s Day and Ash Wednesday fall on the same day this year. Is the Cosmos trying to tell us something?
Well, I sure don’t know.
Today is very sunny here but a wee bit sad. A wonderful young colleague has passed away. He used to be the Executive Chef at that pizzeria I worked at briefly last year. He was so much fun to be around that he was the reason I left the train station and went to work at the pizzeria in the first place (until the cement floors there killed my legs). All of us who knew him from the train station are heartbroken and will miss him so much.
I really liked him a lot. He had sound ethics, great energy and a wonderful family. But now he is gone. He was 34.

That’s kind of it, for now. I still have a ton of stuff to sort through today, while I await some re-writes on the screenplay adaptation from Sandra.
Have a good Tuesday, wherever you are in the world.
Thanks for visiting. I love you guys. See ya!

Still on a Merle Haggard kick here, gang. “Sing Me Back Home”. 1967. Enjoy.
