Today should be the final day of cleaning in my guestroom!! I am seriously excited about getting that room sort of back to normal, although there are things that need repairing that will have to wait for awhile.
Still, I’m so happy to have my home back. I don’t regret having them stay here, because they were in a dire situation. I’m just relieved they have been able to find a safe place in town and we can all move on.

Nick Cave’s Solo Tour 2024 resumes in Athens, Greece tomorrow! There are 8 shows in Europe between June 3rd and July 4th but, alas, all the shows are already SOLD OUT.

That’s really it. Once I get the cleaning done, I have a ton of stuff to tackle with Peitor regarding the TV series, and a bunch of notes to make with Sandra regarding the screenplay adaptation of our play, The Guide to Being Fabulous. So it will be a busy week. But I’m in a good place.

Happy heavenly birthday, Charlie Watts, the late legendary drummer of the Rolling Stones.
We are all getting adjusted to each other here — my cats, the visiting cats, and me in the middle of all these cats.
I will have to spend most of tomorrow, continuing the cleaning of the guest room, but that will be it and then at least that room will sort of be back to normal and life will merrily go on!
Meanwhile, I’m happy. A beautiful day here, my flowers are blooming all over my property, and there are more cats in my life now than I can possibly imagine.
