Okay. I’m back! (And let me just add that I really do not like the day shift at my job. It was not a fun day yesterday.)
A quick update on Nick Cave’s Tour of North America in September…
I did that whole pre-sale thing on Monday, got my code to purchase pre-sale tickets, was on the site for half an hour, up until the final moment (10AM) when purchasing could begin. I got right into the site, selected a ticket and then —whammo — I got a notification that the event was SOLD OUT. In a nano second.
I was heartbroken. I couldn’t figure out how so many people could have purchased all those tickets so quickly.
Anyway. This morning, I thought I would get back onto the theater’s website and see if maybe there was even one ticket left, and suddenly, there were actually a lot of tickets left. But I managed to get the one remaining ticket in the orchestra section at the pre-sale price!! So, yay!!
