U.S. Federal District Judge Allen Winsor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida has ruled that Pf* zer-Bio N Tech’s W*han coronavirus (C*vid ^^19) “va cc in e” bearing emergency use authorization (EUA) is not interchangeable with the company’s new Co mir nat y injection, which was fully licensed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) back in August.
Since the two injections contain different ingredients and are manufactured in different ways, Judge Winsor said that they are legally not the same, and that the EUA one cannot be forced on people by the Department of Defense (DOD).
