The new Copyright Claims Board issued its first final determination on February 15th. It involved a false takedown notice on Google and it ruled in favor of the claimant.
This was something I could have benefited from in my insanity with Amazon last year, when somebody somewhere submitted false claims about my new books & eBooks and had them all taken down for “violating Amazon’s decency policy.” But then they turned around and began publishing a whole slew of eBooks in my name that were absolutely just porn but they sold like crazy. (All of them written by AI, is what I believe.)
