A Great Day Is Upon Us!

Today is a beautiful day.

And, thanks to taking a higher dose of CBD oil last night, I slept for almost NINE hours!!! Yay!!! So much better than the 5 or 6 that I was consistently getting, night after night after night; always waking with my thoughts chasing themselves.

So I finally feel really rested. And — no fleas on me!! And– beautiful weather! Slightly chilly again, and sunny.

Nick Cave sent out another Red Hand File yesterday, wherein he explains why he doesn’t think that songs come from God (personally, I disagree — I believe it’s a matter of allowing the flow or not). Nick says, in part:
