Morning listening music.
From 1987, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers’ ‘Runaway Trains”, from their album Let Me Up I’ve Had Enough. Enjoy.
“Runaway Trains”
She’s up there all alone I’m down here changing lanes Her room was dark and cold I’m listening to the waves
And I’m depending on time, babe To get you out of my mind
I guess it’s one of those things You can never explain Like when an angel cries Like runaway trains Like one of those times That’s never the same Like when something dies Like runaway trains
She says, “I understand I’m used to being alone And holding my own hand I’m stronger than you know”
And I’m depending on time, babe To get you out of my mind I guess it’s one of those things You can never explain Like when an angel cries Like runaway trains Like one of those times That’s never the same Like when something dies Like runaway trains
Oh baby Don’t blame me, babe (oh!)
And I’m depending on time, babe To get you out of my mind I guess it’s one of those things You can never explain Like when an angel cries Like runaway trains Like one of those times That’s never the same Like when something dies Like runaway trains (Oh!) (Hey!) (No!)
Except for all the news that was news yesterday… there was not much that was different today.
Phil did post a video from his car yesterday. Aside from it having to do with Egyptians (?) I have no clue what he was trying to say. (“Walk Like An Egyptian” by the Bangles, was the song he was playing in his car. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see if something happens regarding Egypt ?)
Oh, and about 40 years ago, when I was living in NYC, working part-time at the Museum of Modern Art, and was a singer-songwriter, playing the clubs at night , I had a very active crush on the guy who’d produced “Walk Like An Egyptian”, among a million other songs and albums. He was very nice to me and flirted with me constantly. MoMA was basically next door to Columbia Records, where the guy worked, and he was newly divorced at that time and lived in a very upscale apartment building on the other side of MoMA, so he was constantly at MoMA. Anyway. eventually, he was suddenly really, really rude to me and I had a real problem with that, so that fizzled out fast.
Anyway. That was 40 years ago. And I digress. I’m guessing that had nothing to do with Phil’s post.

Morning-listening music!
Yes! More from Dwight Yoakam’s greatest hits. The hugely popular, “Buenas Noches From A Lonely Room (She Wore Red Dresses)” from his 3rd #1 Country music album of the same name, 1988. (And this album is included in the book, 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.)
This song is one of the many of his hits that he also wrote. He did many great cover versions of old Country & Western hits, but he was also a great songwriter. This is a true Country & Western murder ballad!! Beautiful and addicting. Enjoy, gang.
Buenas Noches From a Lonely Room (She Wore Red Dresses)
She wore red dresses with her black shining hair She had my baby and caused me to care Then coldly she left me to suffer and cry Oh, she wore red dresses and told such sweet lies
[Instrumental Break]
I never knew him but he took her away And on my knees like a madman for vengeance I prayed While the pain and the anger destroyed my weak mind Oh, she wore red dresses and left the wounded behind
[Instrumental Break]
I searched till I found them, then I cursed at the sight Of their sleeping shadows in the cold neon light In the dark morning silence, I placed the gun to her head Oh, she wore red dresses but now she lay dead
Every October, for the past 3 years, they’ve been telling us to watch out; that “this is going to be Red October!”
Phil also said this the other day, I think it was on his last live.
This one kinda feels like it’s the real Red October, doesn’t it? Like, we are finally in the home stretch? “Looks like WWIII,” “Saving Israel for last”, and the whole 9 yards. It is so intense out there. And especially since it’s so close to the alleged election. We shall see,
This was an interesting comment, made this morning in Phil’s private chat about the dock strikes —
“So the ports shutting down has to do with the restoration from The US corporation to the American Republic & admiralty law to common law.”
I like that idea. We shall see.

As I had sort of expected, they asked me if I would work today — for one of my regular patients. So it is looking like Friday will be my day off, instead.

As she had at her military tribunal, Bertagnolli insisted she had been in the business of saving lives, that “preemptive” medical mandates, AKA medical martial law, saved lives.
As reported previously, JAG convicted Bertagnolli of treason last month and sentenced her to hang by the neck until dead. […]”

More from Dwight Yoakam’s greatest hits.
Here, he is singing the Johnny Horton hit from 1956, “Honky-Tonk Man”. And it is Dwight’s first ever official video, from 1986. The song went to #3 on the Country charts for Dwight.
He is SO young here!! I saw him perform several times in NYC, and the first time that I saw him at the old Ritz, in downtown Manhattan, Dwight was EXACTLY like he is in this video — but times a BAZILLION. The energy level was through the roof and the audience went crazy!
When you consider that il donaldo trumpo posted that popcorn video no less than 5 times in the space of last week. (Popcorn equals “you’re watching a movie”.)
And Phil has been told he can’t do a live right now, but he gave us the most encouraging message about GESARA at the same time. And the one thing he does post about (yesterday) was Verizon going down, when quite a few cellphone carriers were down, as well.
And not a peep out of Phil regarding Hurricane Helene.
When people compare Hurricane Helene to what happened in Maui, there appear to be a few key differences to me — the main one being that FEMA has NOT had a huge presence during this current disaster. Which probably means that FEMA has stopped being evil, now that most of the remaining bad guys were taken out during the atrocity of Maui. (?)
Then there’s that fact that MSM and the fake Biden/Kamala regime were seemingly ignoring what had happened in the southern States regarding Helene’s path of devastation (areas with a huge amount of Trump voters), making it easy for Trump to go in (as CIC) and behave like the actual President.
I also think it’s interesting that Charlie is once again absent from his Daily News videos — is that because of his voice problems, or does he give too much intel with the news?? I don’t know…
Anyway, something is up. I’m not sure what.
And now the dock worker strike is coming, adding to the chaos and the despair of not being able to get food to the stores. From Absolute 1776:
“BREAKING: East and Gulf Coast dock workers go on strike. Experts predict this will cost the economy billions of dollars per day and cause massive supply chain disruptions. Never fear! Kamala Harris grew up in a middle-class family and worked at McDonald’s and is all over it.”
“President Trump has launched the below @ GoFundMe campaign as an official response for MAGA supporters to offer their financial assistance to their fellow Americans impacted by Hurricane Helene. This is the ONLY one affiliated with @ TeamTrump…https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-hurricane-helene-victims-with-president-trump “

This is the art exhibit that Wayne is taking me to when I go to NYC in mid-November. From yesterday’s drive to town!
Another song from the album The Silver Tongued Devil and I (1971), Kris Kristofferson’s huge Top 40 radio hit, “Loving Her Was Easier (Than Anything I’ll Ever Do Again)”. Enjoy!!!
What a long day I had today, gang. And just as I had finished dinner, and had gone upstairs to collapse on my bed and get mentally re-grouped for another long day tomorrow, I discovered that one of the cats had peed on my bed!!! 😫
It had soaked through the bed spread, the comforter, both layers of sheets and the mattress cover…. I was so angry. And exhausted.
So, while I did three (!!) loads of laundry, I begrudgingly decided to go ahead and do yoga, to help myself calm down.
And then the minute my yoga was done, I saw the news that Kris Kristofferson had died.
Wow, gang. Another hero from my wee bonny teenaged girlhood! Gone.
So while I waited for the final load of laundry to finish up in the dryer, I sat downstairs in my kitchen and listened to the album, “The Silver Tongued Devil and I,” on my iPhone and I sang along to every song.
In the early days of being a singer-songwriter in NYC, I played all the usual folk clubs in the West Village and the one song of Kris Kristofferson’s that I often sang was “The Pilgrim Chapter 33”. And back then (1981-1982) I would sometimes dedicate the song to Keith Richards, because, back then, he could still be a notorious handful and everyone just assumed he would die at any moment. (And he has now outlived basically everybody.)
Anyway. My favorite Kris Kristofferson album was “The Silver Tongued Devil and I”. And the “Pilgrim” song came from that album.
Back when I was 15, I was committed to a mental hospital— for many, many reasons but the primary one was that I had attempted suicide.
While I was in the hospital, I fell in love with a girl named Kathy, my roommate. We had an intense relationship, which continued for many years after we’d both been released. She was my first girlfriend in every sense of the word — and when we got together, we always got into so much trouble that you’d think we had planned it that way! But seriously, trouble FOUND us!! All the time. It was insane.
However. One Friday night, when I was sleeping over at her house — I was still 15 and she was 16 and we were already tentative lovers. And we drank like fish and took a lot of drugs… well, on that particular Friday night, she GAVE me her copy of “The Silver Tongued Devil and I”!!
I was so moved by that because it was her favorite record and she wanted me to have it. And I still have it, almost 50 years later…
I thought about all this tonight, while I was singing along to the digital record, sitting in my kitchen, waiting for the dryer to be done. And I wondered how come I hadn’t written about Kathy yet, in some sort of memoir. She was a huge, huge deal in my early life. Really, just huge.
I guess I now have something else to put on the growing stack of things I need to write about… as soon as I can concentrate again.
I loved Kris Kristofferson, gang. He was a great Country songwriter, and so many of his songs had a profound effect on me when I was in my teens.
So I leave you tonight with this!! Enjoy it, gang. It’s still a song that means the world to me. From 1971, Kris Kristofferson, “The Pilgrim Chapter 33.” RIP.
“Just had a great meeting with President Zelenskyy of Ukraine. If I’m elected President, the war with Russia and Ukraine will end quickly. 🚨Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sexual assault claims continue as law firm reports 50 alleged victims – including minors
Attorney Tony Buzbee of the Buzbee Law Firm took to his company’s Instagram page Thursday to share the news, explaining that the firm was asked by the Ava Law Group “to act as Lead Counsel to pursue claims on behalf of more than fifty individuals who suffered sexual assault and abuse at the hands of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his cohorts.”
Buzbee referred to the group as “brave” and noted that it includes “both men and women.”
He went on to allege that “many were minors when the abuse occurred.”
According to the lawyer, some of the alleged victims “reported the incidents to the police” while “others did not.”
Buzbee made sure to note that “each individual story is gut wrenching and heartbreaking,” claiming that the alleged “acts complained of occurred at hotels, private homes, and also at the infamous PDiddy ‘Freak Off’ parties.”
He described the alleged “violations” as “mindboggling … debauchery and depravity, exacted by powerful people against minors and the weak.”
The attorney said he expects the number of alleged victims his firm is representing to “grow” as the case “progresses” and believes ‘many other individuals will be implicated.'”

Morning-listening music!
Is this the best song Dwight Yoakam ever wrote??? I never get tired of this song, gang. “Guitars, Cadillacs,” from his #1 album, Guitars, Cadillacs, Etc., Etc. 1986. (His debut album, to boot!). A great album. A great song. Enjoy!!!
Guitars, Cadillacs
Girl you taught me how to hurt real bad
And cry myself to sleep You showed me how this town can shatter dreams Another lesson ’bout a naive fool Who came to Babylon And found out that the pie don’t taste so sweet
Now it’s guitars, Cadillacs, hillbilly music And lonely, lonely streets that I call home Yeah, my guitars, Cadillacs and hillbilly music Is the only thing that keeps me hanging on
There ain’t no glamor in this tinsel land Of lost and wasted lives And painful scars are all that’s left of me I want to thank you girl for teaching me Brand new ways to be cruel If I can find my mind now, I guess I’ll just leave
And it’s guitars, Cadillacs, hillbilly music And lonely, lonely streets that I call home Yeah, my guitars, Cadillacs and hillbilly music Is the only thing that keeps me hanging on
Now it’s guitars, Cadillacs, hillbilly music And lonely, lonely streets that I call home Yeah, my guitars, Cadillacs, hillbilly music Is the only thing that keeps me hanging on

The senior care stuff was very challenging yesterday, gang. It just about wiped me out.
But part of what happened yesterday resulted in me having today OFF! Even though they asked me if I’d like to fill-in with another patient today (a double shift), I declined. I’m not worried about the money. I still have a TON of shifts ahead of me after today.

Driving-to-town music from yesterday. The late, great Lou Reed, “Sally Can’t Dance.” From the fall of 1974.
I bought this album at the local Woolworth’s store when I was 14. In fact, I bought a lot of iconic albums at that specific store over the years — it was within walking distance of our house. I bought Exile on Main St there. And The New York Dolls’ In Too Much Too Soon. A bunch of Bowie albums, too.
And back then, the little area of Columbus we lived in was really just in the middle of nowhere. And for most of the years we lived there, I wasn’t old enough to drive. Thank god for record departments in local discount stores!! (And babysitting jobs!!)
If you didn’t live in NYC in the 1980s, then you likely don’t recognize the guys in that photo.
They were members of NYC’s Guardian Angels — they rode the subways as a vigilante gang to combat rampant subway crime and kept it safe for regular people to ride the trains again.
Yes, vigilante gangs are illegal. But when those guys boarded your subway car and just stood there, their arms folded across their chests, stoically staring, you knew you were safe and that nothing bad was going to happen on that ride.
They were awesome.
They are also long gone — that was 40 years ago.

It looks like Trump is hard at work, Making NY Great Again, in time for my trip there in mid-November!!! (Yesterday’s post)
“JUST IN – New York City mayor Eric Adams indicted in New York on federal criminal charges. Adams will surrender himself to authorities early next week.”
“BREAKING: Mayor Eric L. Adams, a retired police captain who was elected as New York City’s 110th mayor nearly three years ago on a promise to rein in crime, has been indicted following a federal corruption investigation, people with knowledge of the matter said on Wednesday.
The indictment remained sealed on Wednesday night, and it was unclear what charge or charges Mr. Adams will face. But when they are made public, he will become the first New York City mayor to be criminally charged while in office.”
And from Phil (click link). Bye-bye, baby, bye-bye.
“NAVY SEALs Find and Trash Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Adrenochrome Stockpile
[…] White Hats, he said, learned of the stash from one of Combs’ former acquaintances whom Gen. Smith has placed in protective custody. Although our source wouldn’t name the informant, he said the individual and Combs are intimate acquaintances, and that Combs had groomed and sexually exploited the person from adolescence. The person—we believe it’s Justin Bieber—had been used as a “sexual prop” at Combs’ star-studded “Freak offs,” where Adrenochrome flowed like tap water. Drug use, sexual molestations, physical violence, and murders occurred with alarming regularity at Combs’ jamborees, our source said.
“This person has concrete, specific details about Combs’ criminal empire, his guests, and his dark tendencies. I’m sure you’ve heard the expression ‘you can’t make this shit up,’ and well, much of what he said, you can’t make that shit up. And he was polygraphed,” our source said.
According to the witness, Combs in 2015 had purchased a warehouse in the Port of Miami under a fictitious name and revamped the building to hold dozens of upright medical refrigerators in which he stashed substantial amounts of refined Adrenochrome. The witness told White Hats that Combs sourced Adrenochrome from both domestic and overseas sellers. Combs picked Adrenochrome with malevolent, fastidious care; he bought products only from dealers that specified adrenal fluid, the drug’s principal ingredient, had been harvested from Caucasian children between three and nine years old. More from the Wild God Tour in Germany the other night!!
I booked my first trip back to NYC since pre-lockdowns!! And I’m pretty darn sure it is only the first of quite a few trips I’ll be making back there, in the vicinity of Off-Broadway.
Yesterday, Wayne bought us tickets to see the play together, and I got a great deal on airfare (!!) and on a HOTEL ROOM (!!) off of Times Square.
No more driving (11 hours) to Sandra’s house in Rhinebeck and then taking the train to Manhattan. And no more strange Airbnb’s for me, gang. I’m back to flying and to using hotels — I really, really prefer them.
AND, my Q-following friend is taking me to and from the Columbus airport. AND one of my former co-workers from the train station will be checking in on the 723 million cats while I’m gone… so that’s all taken care of.
Well, Wayne got 2 tickets for us to see the exhibit together while I am there in NYC!!! Wow!!!
And one of the great perks about my part-time job (and one of the reasons I wanted it) — any time you request time-off, you GET IT.
So, off I go, gang!! (In mid-November.)

And, in terms of my trip to NYC — which happens only a handful of days AFTER Trump becomes our rightfully elected President again (and will hopefully have had PLENTY of time in that handful of days to Make NY Great Again…)
YES, I did get flight insurance and hotel room insurance, in the event that for some reason, everything in the country shuts down and my trip is cancelled. But I hope not.
Which leads us to Phil’s live from last night!
If you are already awake and have a very good general idea about what is going on re: the fake Biden, fake Kamala, you might want to fast-forward to the 55-minute mark and start from there.
But if you want to help others wake-up, or you just want to hear the whole thing, watch from the beginning. I know Phil does this for listeners who are new to Q and to Phil himself, but it can be frustrating, listening to him basically “playing dumb,” like all of this is new to him, too.
Anyway — he had great news, and it was followed by another interesting Q&A. If you missed it, here’s the replay (1 hr 44 mins).
AND I want to take a moment to thank all those WHITE HATS out there who have been hard at work these last several years, bringing this all about without taking us into a CIVIL WAR. It means so much to me!!!

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds live – Wild God @ Rudolf Weber-Arena Oberhausen 24/09/2024
It’s supposed to keep raining, on & off, all day and on into the night.
Here’s hoping, gang.
Although it is too late to save the crops — most of which were not even harvested around here. The corn is still on its stalks — acres and acres of brown, dead, corn.
So sad. And surrounding the dead crops, are the remains of all the damage the tornado did in June.
It was a really rough summer for everyone. I am really, really glad to see it go.

Okay.
This was interesting. If you’ve been in the truther movement for a few years now, you’ll likely recall what they’ve been saying about Nashville for a really long time… that it became utterly evil.
This was also interesting, and was picked up on a lot of channels. It originates from Disclose.tv, where it has a different spin. But other channels are clearly hinting that a bunch of these guys & gals will be going to Gitmo in one big group and will need quick replacements.
“NEW – U.S. lawmakers plan for possible “mass casualty” event, proposing a constitutional amendment to replace members quickly and change various lines of succession in a ‘national crisis.'”

Another nod to Q from Trump — “get the popcorn! you’re watching a movie!!”
(And just a little fyi — when I lived on the East Coast, I loved the UTZ brand, out of Pennsylvania. They had the best pretzels and potato chips!!!!)

And that is it for now.
I have the day off today!! My first day off in 9 days. And after today, I won’t get another day off for 11 more days!! (But these are not long shifts, gang. They average anywhere from 3 to 5 hours. Still, it feels great to have a whole day to myself.)
Today, I am planning to do some re- edits to the Ebook version of A Man in her Arms & Other Stories, and re-publish that.
And after that is accomplished, I have decided that from this day forward, ALL the eBook editions of all the books that I own the rights to, will be absolutely free to download, always. Not just the older titles and not just twice a year.
The paperback books cost money to print, so they will never be free. But I am tired of feeling blocked at every turn now by book-selling sites that are banning erotic literature and/or having my eBooks being offered for free — illegally — by others, all over the Internet. Or having eBooks allegedly authored by me, but they are AI- generated, make money for others when I make no money on them whatsoever.
So in an effort to help people find my books and read them and pass them along to someone else who is over the age of 18, I have decided to make them available for free.

Have a terrific Tuesday, wherever you are in the world!
Thanks for visiting.
I love you guys. See ya!

(By the way, I LOVE the first verse. People these days can be so fucking squeamish…)
O WOW O WOW (How Wonderful She is)
[For Anita Lane]
She rises in advance of her panties
I can confirm that God actually exists
She turns and smiles but never ever scantily
O wow o wow how wonderful she is
Well, the horses have kicked down the stable
And the rabbits have put carrots in their ears
And her coloured crayons dance upon the table
O wow o wow how wonderful she feels
The country doctor whistles across the meadow
The schoolboy he hops up and says gee whiz!
The dogs they are all barking at their shadows
O wow o wow how wonderful she is
O wow o wow o nothing could compare
Her friends, now dead, their spectral chins all nod
And they braid a band of violets through her hair
O wow o wow how wonderful she was
How wonderful she is
Do you remember we used to really, really have fun? We’d be just by ourselves, mucking around, really relaxed, not under pressure. I guess that’s how we make up songs! I remember we were in bed and we imagined someone upstairs. I don’t even know if we heard footsteps or imagined someone upstairs, then imagined the story. That was in that little place opposite Brixton Prison. I didn’t even really realise that everyone wasn’t like that. We tried to write a contract of love, but we only got as far as doing the border. There was never any words in it, which I thought said more than anything else.
