It Actually Feels Like A Vacation!

I absolutely never get to go on vacations.

My “vacations” always involve work in some way — writing, publishing, book signings, readings, or, most recently, our play was produced in Toronto.

But, since Sunday and until Friday, I am here at my lovely abode in the Hinterlands with stunningly beautiful weather and nothing to do but sit at my desk and work on the screenplay adaptation of “The Guide to Being Fabulous” .

The house is clean, the laundry is done, the yard and the flowers look fantastic (and my first rose finally bloomed!). I already went to town on Sunday to run all the errands…

So I’m just here. Feeling happy and relaxed for a change!!

Okay.

Phil’s live was a little bit odd, but I guess he is still targeting people who are still just waking up to what’s been going on for the last several years. So, in my opinion, some of the stuff he was saying leaned more on the side of optics. Still, it was a good, quick update.

And who will be the surprise person “returning”??? I’m still thinking JFK JR. but I guess we will find out soon enough.

Here is the replay if you missed it last night.

Okay.

I forgot to announce here yesterday that I am once again participating in the annual Smashwords Summer eBook Sale, which means that all of my titles with Smashwords can be downloaded for FREE for the month of July. They are intended for adult readers only.

I have already had about 100 downloads of my eBooks since yesterday and I have no clue how anybody found out about it, since I forgot to announce it. However, it was really cool to see so many downloads, since I’ve been participating in the free download sales for about 15 years already and I find it astounding that there is anyone left in the universe who hasn’t already gotten these free eBooks…

SCOTUS Update

Just in

“The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday said former President Donald Trump is entitled to some immunity from criminal prosecution for actions taken to overturn results of the 2020 election but sent the case back to the trial court to sort out which charges can stand, effectively delaying any potential trial until after the November election.

The blockbuster decision split the court along ideological lines. The 6-3 opinion was delivered by Chief Justice John Roberts.

“The President is not above the law,” the opinion read. “But under our system of separated powers, the President may not be prosecuted for exercising his core constitutional powers, and he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for his official acts. That immunity applies equally to all occupants of the Oval Office….\[…] The historic decision dramatically outlines the boundaries of presidential power, making clear for the first time that former presidents are entitled to absolute immunity for “core” official acts but have no immunity for “unofficial” acts.

The justices are sending the case back to the district court to determine what acts alleged in special counsel Jack Smith’s indictment constitute official duties that could be protected from liability and which are not. […]

Another Amazing Monday in the Hinterlands!

Great weather again today, gang. I’m guessing this is going to be a really productive day.

I am actually on a sort of “holiday” — I have 5 days off in a row this week because the train station is closed on the 4th of July.

Also — it looks like we might have been really lucky to have already had our fireworks on such a perfect night (this past Friday), because as of now, they are expecting rain here on the 4th. We shall see.

********

Today the Supreme Court is supposed to rule on Presidential Immunity so we’ll have to wait and see what comes from that.

Aside from Steve Bannon having to report to prison today (which I think is optics but its looking like he’s still gotta go in there), there is not much news.

From Bannon’s War Room last night:

“Charlie Kirk On The Imprisonment Of Steve Bannon During Campaign Season: ‘The PROMISE I Make To You Is That This Is Only Going To Make Us Work Harder.'”

In other news!

Nick Cave sent out a Red Hand File today — a celebration, of sorts!

With great pleasure, no small amount of gratitude, and even a certain pride, I would like to announce that today I received the 100,000th question to The Red Hand Files, all of which I have read.”

He went on to answer 3 questions today, and he closed, in part, with:

Thank you all for sending in your questions and comments to The Red Hand Files. I cannot begin to express how important they have been to my understanding of the connectedness of things. Indeed, their effect has been profoundly humanising. …”

You can read it in full here.

Yes! We are still listening to the Bee Gees around here in the mornings. But we have fully progressed into their phenomenally successful disco era!!

I leave you with this gem from the final year of my wee bonny teenaged girlhood!! “Tragedy”, 1979. This song was popular when I moved briefly to Ukiah, California:

Ukiah, California

And I lived briefly in one of these (same color and model as this one!):

Okay!! Enjoy, gang!!!

Also! Just in

From Real Raw News — finally:

“Alvin Bragg Arrested

The U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division on Friday arrested Deep Stater and District Attorney of New York County Alvin Bragg on charges of treason and election interference near his home—he owns several—in New York City’s historic St. Nicholas District, also known as Striver’s Row, sources in General Eric M. Smith’s office told Real Raw News.”

[full article here]

More news than you can possibly imagine!

So much news, in fact, that — as you can see above — I had to hire a bunch of people to help me with it and now my bedroom is really crowded!! (for all the wrong reasons, sadly).

Okay!!!

Lots of news but most of it is optics and psy-ops, but there is some seemingly good stuff in there, too.

Ron Watkins (aka Code Monkey Z) did an extensive news update on his substack page, which you can read in full HERE.

My favorite highlights were:

Great news from James Tabor’s Patreon account :

“My “Tracking Jesus,” tour [in Israel] originally scheduled for May 2024–has been rescheduled for May 2025. So this upcoming July trip will be my 75th in my life! My main purpose in going is to film with producer Simcha Jacobovici in a pilot program for his recently revived version of his award-winning, wildly popular international TV series, “The Naked Archaeologist,” which ran for three seasons (2005, 2008, 2010) with a total of 65 episodes. When he announced it recently on his Facebook page, it got a few thousand responses and hundreds of comments! You can follow things on his main web site here.”

Personally, gang, I love Simcha Jacobovici’s work and I’m really excited about this news!

**********************

In other news —

Here in Tiny Town, we actually had our July 4th fireworks celebration last night (all the towns around here have fireworks celebrations, so they are scheduled so that none of them are on the same night).

I was home in plenty of time last night to hang out on my kitchen porch and watch the fireworks. And I took a couple pf photos with my phone to send to a friend. They are not very good photos, but here they are anyway!

2 photos of fireworks, with a really bright street light also in the shot. And then a photo of my kitchen porch last night.

**************

And that is it for now.

Things are really getting unbelievably off the charts insane out there, gang. (Underscored by Phil being nowhere in sight, and Charlie on a break for a couple of weeks… hmmm.)

Anyway. July is almost upon us, so stay safe and stay alert, wherever you are in the world!!

More Bee Gees from this morning!! Another great one!! (And sort of the anthem of my entire life!) Enjoy, gang.

Well, Thank God It’s Friday, At Least

The only thing that was at all interesting about the alleged “debates” last night is that as soon as it started, suddenly Rumble was completely blocked.

I was able to get back into Dan Bongino’s feed by going to his Rumble link through his Truth Social account, but even then, the sound kept going in and out.

I hadn’t planned on watching it for very long, anyway. But I found the assault on trying to access it, if you don’t have CNN / cable TV, pretty impressive.

I’m not even going to bother re-posting any news roundups or updates today because it is all about the debates, and it is all coming from the same script.

There’s this, though–

James Tabor – Lost in Translation: If the Historical Emmanuel is NOT Jesus Who is He? (20 mins):

I got some great work done on the screenplay yesterday, so I want to get back to that before heading off to the train station.

Other than that, I’m really battling a depression here, gang. I miss my dad so much that it gets hard to handle. Plus, for several nights running, I have had really bad dreams, all night long. I don’t usually have bad dreams, so that is kind of exhausting.

But enjoy your Friday, wherever you are in the world.

Thanks for visiting.

I love you guys. See ya.

Bill Wyman, the original bass player for the Rolling Stones, has a new album coming out in August and he dropped a new single from it yesterday. I just love it!! “Drive My Car”. I’ve already lost track of how many times I have played it! It is just so addicting. Okay. Enjoy, gang.

Stay Alert, Gang

Ominous feelings out there this morning so just stay alert and stay safe, gang.

There was basically no news on the channels that I follow, which was extremely weird, in and of itself.

However, there were these items–

From Shadow of Ezra last night — (attempted coup in Bolivia yesterday):

“THE CIA HAS FAILED IN BOLIVIA.

Stand down orders.”

**********

But front & center on my feed this morning, there was this eye-opener from Michael Jackson’s channel — (it’s long, so I’m only posting part of it, but check the link for the whole thing):

“[…]Staged Event Plans

In the next three months, the CIA and FBI are reportedly planning a staged event similar to the George Floyd incident to incite racial tensions, potentially supporting (Michelle) Obama’s candidacy.

Trump’s Legal Challenges

Behind the scenes, the CIA, DNC, and deep state attorneys are allegedly preparing to arrest Donald J. Trump after the upcoming debate. They plan to enforce gag orders, hoping Trump will violate them, leading to his arrest in Georgia. White hats suggest this is part of a broader strategy to protect Trump from forthcoming crises, including a massive economic collapse and civil unrest. Military operations are purportedly in place to safeguard him.

[…] Ongoing Operations

All these developments are part of a series of predicted events. The military white hats are aware of each stage and have countermeasures and game theory operations in place to navigate the unfolding scenarios.”

Nick Cave seemed to be having a great time at the show in Helsinki last night — plus it was Colin Greenwood’s birthday and they brought him out a cake and the Finnish audience sang “Happy Birthday” in English!

Early Bee Gees continued around here this morning. This was the first song that came on my CD player, which was sort of ominous, too! “New York Mining Disaster 1941” from 1967. Enjoy.

We’re Really Going There?

Wow. This is really one of those times where, if you’ve been following Q and/or Phil for awhile, you feel like you are living in a whole other universe from most people.

Mainly, the Assange thing. And now the Wikileaks/DNC thing, potentially paving the way for our beloved Hillary to step in, even though she’s been dead as a doornail for something like, I don’t know — 5 years??

Anyway. For what it’s worth, here’s the “news”. And FYI — Charlie is on vacation for a couple of weeks…

Yes!!! It was an early-era Bee Gees morning around here!! Just lovely. A couple of these gems still bring tears to my wee bonny eyes. Enjoy, gang.

This one still just kills me, gang. The first time I heard this song, I was 11 years old. It was summertime and I was at the Ohio State Fair and the song came over the Top 40 PA system. It broke my heart then, it breaks my heart now.

Monday Morning, Summer!

Another stunning day ahead here, gang.

I’m heading to town here soon to get the many, many groceries. (Meaning, mostly for the many cats!)

Then more work on the screenplay adaptation with Sandra this afternoon. I finally made some decent progress on the script yesterday, now that the heatwave is over. The producer at HBO isn’t exactly drumming her fingers, waiting to see some pages of the script, but she kind of is…. So I’m glad to have my brain back.

There is a really great development regarding the staged reading of our play in NYC but I cannot post about it yet. But I mean, it is really great. And it only requires that I work myself to death, but, frankly, I don’t care. The trade off will be worth it.

Meanwhile…

You might recall the story about my new front door — it turned out that the door they brought last week, was too small. Lo! and behold, yesterday afternoon, they suddenly showed up with another new door. This one almost fits. It required a huge amount of drilling and sawing. And today, they are returning to finally finish it up. However — “drilling and sawing” created more sawdust in my family room than you can possibly imagine. So I spent about an hour cleaning that up yesterday, after having cleaned the entire house the day before…

I’m guessing more sawdust will bedazzle us this afternoon and more housecleaning will be required, but I’m not going to complain. All this work they’ve been doing around here has cost me nothing and the guys do really, really good work.

**************

All right. So.

Assange.

Of course, Q and Phil have basically told us that Assange has been in deep witness protection for a very long time now. And so the timing of his sudden release is optics. Albeit, really, really cool optics.

Phil has not had a comment on it, yet.

I did like Keyboard Operator’s coverage of it, though. He goes over some of the Assange-related Q-drops, also some apparently related deltas from General Flynn.

6/24/2024 Julian Assange release triggers a lot of things (24 mins):

From Real Raw News:

Seven Deep State Jurors in Custody; One Dead Resisting Arrest

Seven of the twelve Deep State-adjacent jurors who wrongfully convicted President Donald J. Trump on imaginary charges are currently in military custody at a JAG Holding center in South Florida, and an eighth jurist is dead, JAG sources told Real Raw News.

The deceased, a male in his early 30s and presumably the most boisterous anti-Trump critic of the dozen, was killed near his New York City home on June 20 after JAG investigators armed with a military arrest warrant confronted him while he was returning home from a coffee shop two blocks from his house. The incognito investigators presented their credentials and the warrant, and the juror claimed they had made an enormous mistake. He reportedly told investigators they had the wrong man and, in fact, espoused amorous affection for President Trump, saying he was MAGA and had twice voted for Trump.[…]”

Nick Cave sent out a very interesting Red Hand File early this morning. A young man from the UK wrote to him, with some — I don’t know — really intolerant views of his own parents, wanting Nick’s input. And Nick’s reply was really great. Sort of breathtaking, in his support of parents everywhere. He said, in part:

My advice to you, Jason, is to look at your parents with a little more understanding and compassion. Indeed, be joyful in the act! They are, after all, your parents. Try to see them for what they are, mirror images of your future self – lost in a strange and new world that has been constructed around them, just as some day you will be lost in the world that is, at this very moment, unfolding unfathomably around you….”
