Last night, over 4 million watching and there were streaming issues toward the end on both Rumble and DLive. From Phil after the live was over:

The states that Phil says have decertified are: TX, AZ, GA, AK, WI, NV, PA, CA, MI.

Almost 10 states — and they are allegedly going to announce their decisions AT THE SAME TIME.

Decertiification due to fraud removes the fake Biden Administration and then FEMA and military step in to run the country until new elections can happen.
