Another Quick One, Gang!

Before I go off to work later today, I have to run into town and get the groceries, and then get that new driver’s license thingy, where it has to now meet federal standards or you can’t fly (?). Something like that. In essence, I have to show them a bunch of legal documents in order to prove why I’ve had all the many names I’ve had: adoption, marriages, divorces, etc.

You name it and I have a legal document to prove who I was and who I now am.

(Except for my birth father — there is nothing that legally shows that my dad was my dad. For that, you have to listen to old cassette recordings, that prove that he and I played guitar the same way. )

Anyway.

Sadly, the death toll keeps mounting to a staggering height.
