Where the Heck have I been?!

Yes, I’d like an answer to that question, too!

Time is just flying, gang. Most days, I cannot keep up.

For this entire week, I did not even know what day it was. On Wednesday, I spoke with my dad and he was talking about “tomorrow is Friday…” And even though he was wrong, what I said, was: “Dad. Tomorrow’s Monday!”

And then we both realized we were both wrong… Anyway. What a weird week.

(Even Phil lost track of the days yesterday. That was funny. But he is supposed to have a livestream Q&A tonight around 7PM Eastern time. Check later to confirm!)

I’ve had a little bit of a schedule change at the train station (my part-time job, which looks like this:)

And between that and having to take 7 pages of resume notes for Sandra (40 years’ worth of her work in theater, TV, and movies) and turn it into an amazing one-page bio for her, I didn’t have time to get here yesterday.

And even today — I can’t stay here long because I’m nowhere near done on the bio. And I have to go to work today, when I used to have Fridays off. So that’s a little frustrating…

The really nice thing, though, is that I now get 4 days off for the 4th of July!!

The bad thing about that, though, is that it’s supposed to RAIN the entire time!!! (What’s going to happen to the fireworks??!!) (Plus, I was planning to FINALLY get that weeding done out in my yard.)

Here’s hoping that the weather report is simply wrong and that everything will blow over and be beautiful. Because it has been forever since I had 4 days off in a row, entirely to myself. So we’ll see.

**********

I have been meaning to mention this for a few months already and I keep forgetting — if you have cats or dogs who spend a lot of time outdoors, and you don’t want to give them pharmaceutical flea meds, this is what I use for Kon Tiki of the Great Outdoors (my Maine Coon cat who, as the name implies, likes to stay outside) and it works great: Vitamin B1 and Apple Cider Vinegar (powder form).

It keeps away fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes.

You want to get good quality capsules, and then it depends on the weight of your pet. Kon Tiki is under 10 pounds, so I give her about 50 mgs. of B1 and a dash of Apple Cider Vinegar powder. I open up the capsules and sprinkle the powders over her canned food and then mix iti in real good. I do this once a day.

You need to make sure they are good quality supplements. Such as:

And the even better news is that it also works on PEOPLE!

I take 100 mgs of B1 a day, and 2 ounces of liquid organic Apple Cider Vinegar. (You must give it 2 weeks to begin working.)

I no longer get mosquito bites!! Mosquitoes won’t even land on me anymore.

Also, if you like to spend time outdoors at night, try putting dried sage and dried rosemary into your campfire, fire pit or bonfire and it also helps keep mosquitoes away. (If you wrap the dried stalks in foil and then poke holes in the foil, it will burn longer.)

Anyway!! It really helps make summer evenings nicer.

Nick Cave sent out a really wonderful Red Hand File on Wednesday. It was sort of a follow-up to the interview that he did with the Archbishop on the BBC over the weekend (I posted a link for that podcast the other day).

I just loved what he had to say in his Red Hand File (but I have to add that I find it absolutely amazing that so many people are so reluctant to believe in God nowadays. Like, it makes them stupid to fall for something like that and that to doubt the existence of God (or whatever label you want to give to Source or All That Is) makes you, I don’t know — reasonable, rational, smart? In my opinion, doubt is just resistance that wastes your time; it’s a bunch of clunky furniture you throw in your own way on the path to the river on an otherwise beautiful day. We are all — every one of us — miracle workers and all it takes is to align with the frequency of God and affirm it. And of course, I think this was done purposely — this indoctrination to get people to believe they are smarter than the idea of God. Keeps them full of obstacles of their own making, and keeps them from working miracles every day.)

Anyway — from the Red Hand File:

“[…] I live for the moments my disbelief loosens its hold and allows me to experience that lovely lightness of spirit – that elevated oneness with things, that feels like God, that feels like love.[…]”

You can read it in full here.

And on another topic–

Here we go!! That moment we’ve been waiting for, for 9 weeks!! Ross K. Nichols and Jono continue to tackle the Ten Commandments!! This week, it’s Adultery!!!

Adultery – The Ten Words with Ross and Jono (1 hr):

***************

And I think that’s it for now!! I gotta scoot!

I hope you have a lovely Friday, wherever you are in the world. Try not to cry for me having to work today and all that. I will rise to the challenge!!

Thanks for visiting.

I love you guys. See ya!

Nothing At All Wrong About Today!!

A bug chunk of money was in my bank account this morning, so I was able to pay 17,000 bills before I even got out of bed. (Yay.)

The sun is shining. (Double, triple-yay!)

I don’t have to drive to town or do any chores.

I’m not planning on doing anymore intense and intensely disturbing research for my novella Novitiate — I can finally simply start writing it again. (Yay, gang. Because 1966 truly was a really, really sinister year. Just unreal. If you missed the links to these articles about 1966 and MK-ULTRA and the counterculture and LSD, and really want to have your head exploded, click here.)

Otherwise, this also happened in 1966, so you can look at this instead:

Linda Baker, Playboy‘s Playmate of the Year, 1966

This wonderful photo was posted by Johnny Depp on Instagram this morning:

Yesterday, a musician- friend in Istanbul sent me this video. I’m not crazy about the content of the video, really, but the lyrics are down underneath the video (on Youtube, that is) and I really like the song itself.

And this just in!!

From an alpaca farm in Austria that I follow on Instagram:

I just love alpacas…

That’s really it, gang. Even though I did get a chance to chat with Val in Brooklyn yesterday; overall, yesterday was just a sucky day. The weather was mostly what made it suck so bad. It was grey, chilly and damp, so all the windows had to be closed for most of the day, and in the summer, I really love having all the windows open. (I have 20 large windows in my 122-year-old house, and when all of the windows are open, and the weather is beautiful and the birds are singing, it is just the most perfect feeling of summer…)

I did officially get MarilynsRoomBooks.com up and running. There is nothing there yet, but this will be where all of my self-published titles will be, along with all that fun merchandise Val helped me set up on zazzle. (Mostly coffee mugs, but the occasional insane apron or really cool lunchbox will be for sale there, too.)

And now I have to put on my playwrighting hat and get ready to work with Sandra on the play!!

Jean Paul Sartre, 1964! (I searched for an image of “vintage playwright” and this came up! And I love Sartre, so….)

Here’s hoping Sartre wasn’t also involved in MK-ULTRA. Jesus, it seems like so many people were… And I have to say — not that I think Hunter S. Thompson was part of MK-ULTRA, but so many of the intense topics he used to write about kept cropping up in all those articles about the CIA, the counterculture and LSD, that it makes me kinda think he did not commit suicide…hmmm.

Hunter S. Thompson; Journalist & Author; 1937-2005

Oh.

In other news–

If you weren’t aware, Real Raw News is back to reporting and has been for several days. Some extremely intense things happened in the last week, which you can read about here. (Whitmer was hanged; another assassination attempt on Trump; children rescued by SEALs from sex slavers off the coast of San Francisco.)

And that is it, gang.

Have a wonderful Wednesday, wherever you are in the world.

Thanks for visiting!

I love you guys, See ya!

Yes! Buffalo Springfield! Allegedly connected to MK-ULTRA!! But I’m leaving you with this particular song only because I fucking love it! Enjoy!!

Dear Diary, What A Yucky Day!

Rainy, breezy, damp, cool.

Nothing says “summer” quite like that, huh, gang?

And I have the whole darn day off — no chores to do (unless I want to — God knows that with 9 cats currently in my house, there are always chores that I could do)…

My two furry visitors will be returning to their mom in just a few days. I will be so sad to see them go, but my house will be cleaner, that’s for sure. I’m not sure why 2 additional cats suddenly makes my house a mess, but it sure does.

Anyway. I will miss them. They are such sweet cats.

This just in from Johnny Depp on Instagram!! The Hollywood Vampires tour continues!

And speaking of smoking…

I came so close to pulling in to Waterbeds & Stuff yesterday, to see if they sell organic tobacco leaves (I believe they do). I didn’t stop, but what I did see in their parking lot was one car, and a really old guy (likely my age), getting out of that car — while quite a lot of cars were in the parking lot of the Vape Station across the street.

And I thought: It’s just we old people who even remember that Water Beds & Stuff exists… And I wondered if he was going in there to buy organic tobacco leaves…

Me, soon.

Anyway.

Work with Sandra was brief yesterday. We were mostly talking about how fucking insane the Pride stuff is now in NYC (and everywhere). Just garbage stuff and so in your face. You just have to cancel it out now.

I wonder how many Antifa folks were paid to go “be insane” in Pride parades across America…

But because we were talking more than working yesterday, tomorrow will be an intense work day for us instead. And of course, tomorrow, the weather will be stunning! When I won’t have time to go out and do some much-needed gardening that I was hoping to do today

(Oh, and tonight, at 7:30 PM eastern time, they will announce who won the Dora Awards up in Toronto. Our Director, Weyni Mengesha, is up for Outstanding Director of 2022.)

This article was in Uncover DC last evening. I really loved it — even though it’s reporting some bad news. Overall, it is an awesome story, gang:

Making Real Men: King Randall and The Life Preparatory School for Boys by Michelle Edwards (June 26, 20230

[…]During the first year of The Life Preparatory School for Boys, the school dealt with multiple setbacks, including individuals calling the fire department to shut them down and the city of Albany attempting to throw them out of their building. Yet, as with all things rooted in God—goodness and love prevailed. The school forged through the year with many boys, including a 13-year-old former gang member who had been shot, making the honor roll and, most likely for the first time, experiencing a life-changing sense of inner pride. […]

[…] Sharing that he feels sure the attack was coordinated, Randall said the school’s main logo on the school wall was destroyed, sinks were pulled loose from walls, and doors were ripped from hinges. The destruction apparent in the pictures shared on Twitter is unfathomable. Who would intentionally destroy a school making such a positive impact? Besides the sheer destruction to the facility and its contents, Randall remarked that given the nature of the items stolen, it is difficult to believe that the three individuals he caught acted alone. […]

[…] Immediately after Randall shared the news of the vandalism on Twitter, he shifted his focus back to the well-being of his boys, which is where it has stayed from day one. […]

[Read this incredible story here]

And this is also awesome. It came by way of the Ohio local Connecting Consciousness Group —

If you are unaware of what certain churches did to Native Tribal children in Canada (“disappeared” them & much worse; approximately 60,0000 of them), then please research it. And don’t stop at sites that constantly “debunk'” and “fact check.”

Native elders banish and reclaim churches, appoint Kevin Annett as peacekeeper as occupations loom (3 mins):

In an unexpected move (!!) —

Nick Cave did a podcast with the Archbishop Justin Welby on the BBC over the weekend… You can listen HERE (28 mins).

And in an unrelated item…

Dr. Morse’s Herbal Health Club had another free webinar a few days ago, this time on the Digestive System. Here is the replay:

Insight into the Digestive System Function & Therapeutics (58 mins):

And even though I can’t talk about it, there was even MORE good news from James Tabor last night that has just got me so excited, gang.

However, it has also increased the amount of research papers I have to read by tenfold. Seriously. Just so much stuff. All of it amazing (to me, anyway. If you aren’t interested in archeology and the 1st Century Jesus Movement, then, obviously, you have a lot less reading to do…).

And here is the first episode in a new series by James Tabor–

Death & Afterlife: The Ancient Hebrew View (48 mins):

And if this is of any interest to you —

I am revisiting an online course I completed only recently, but it was so good, that I had to go over it again. It is 24 lessons on the book of Genesis. And Genesis is absolutely not all that you think it is, gang — and in many ways, it is so much more. (This is a scholarly look at Genesis, not a theological one.)

For instance —

In a related note — from Ross K. Nichols: What was the Forbidden Fruit? You Might Be Surprised (about 20 seconds):

My companion guide while I re-study the course on Genesis, is James Tabor’s amazingly handy The Book of Genesis: A New Translation from the Transparent English Bible — which is truly a “transparent” translation. It keeps as close to the original Hebrew text and spirit as possible.

And last night, in connection with re-visiting the first few chapters of Genesis, I listened to a very well read audiobook on LibriVox of Sir E.A. Wallis Budge’s scholarly account: The Babylonian Study of the Deluge as Told by Assyrian Tablets from Nineveh; and The Epic of Gilgamesh.

In it, you can compare the historical accounts of the much earlier flood with the story of Noah that is told in Genesis — among other things.

If you’d rather read an eBook of it online and see illustrations of the ancient tablets of Nineveh you can go here. (It does not include The Epic of Gilgamesh, though.)

Anyway, it was fascinating and it was great being able to just lie in bed and listen to it as the sun was going down and fireflies were emerging all over the evening that was outside my window — and not have to do a ton of academic-type reading…

And yes, for some reason, this is my beautiful life. I have no idea why.

Okay, today is dreary, yes. But this afternoon, I’ll be catching up with Val in Brooklyn over the phone, and I always love doing that. Sort of the high point of my week.

Have a terrific Tuesday, wherever you are in the world, okay??

I’m going to get back to work here on my erotic novella-in-progress Novitiate.

Thanks for visiting.

I love you guys See ya!

The “soundtrack” for Novitiate continues!

Off We Go, To Town!!

That drive to town does seem to take forever, so this time, I’m prepared with a few snacks, in case I need to pull over and boost my energy!!

Also — yes! I am indeed rapidly aging, but you can see by my quite comely attire, that I remain quite stylish! Especially in footwear…

Okay!!

I have got to get to town and run errands, gang, because Sandra and I have a few hours of line-by-line readings to do, so that we can sign off — for real — on Act One!!

However — just a quick word about that research group I’m part of for James Tabor’s various archeological works in Israel. We are not allowed to disclose any details of the zoom meetings; I can only say that it is getting really, really exciting, gang. I am so happy to be a part of it!! (And I will also add that it makes me very excited regarding my play-in-progress about Caiaphas!)

For right now, I’ll leave you with these videos:

Ross K. Nichols — GODFORSAKEN: A King Like The Nations (45 mins):

And continuing the series on the Ten Commandments–

Ross K. Nichols and Juno – Kill or Murder? – Ten Words with Ross and Jono (1 hr):

James Tabor — Does Mark See Paul in His Mirror When it Comes to Salvation? (27 mins):

I will probably come back and post here later this afternoon.

I hope you are having a great day so far, wherever you are in the world. (And Charlie Ward has once again sent out a reminder about “distractions” and to stay focused on the real goal: Remove the fake Biden Admin, gang. After that, the deluge!)

Oh, also, I forgot to post here Saturday that Michael Baxter, who runs Real Raw News, has had some terrible health issues and could probably use our prayers!! Read about it HERE.

Okay. Thanks for visiting.

I love you guys. See ya!

More than likely my driving-to-town music!! Enjoy!!

How Many More Psy-Ops before the WH’s Say, “Oh, for Chrissakes, We Give Up”?

I spent the better part of my coffee-drinking-in-bed this morning, trying to get a sense of what is really going on in Russia and the Wagner-group treason and the potential civil war.

I think that basically it’s another psy-op — one that looks like WWIII. And if we harken back to Charlie Ward’s one-minute video from the other morning — “the distractions will look like WWIII, don’t panic.” Well.

And then I combined that harkening-back with the new video below, and came to the decision that we can get out of bed, get more coffee and safely move on with our morning:

RT – ‘PRIGOZHIN MAKING DESPERATE BID’ WITH ATTEMPTED COUP – POLITICAL ANALYST (7 mins):

I found Phil’s livestream last night a little disheartening.

To be fair, though, I honestly believe he is aiming his intel now primarily at people who are new to the movement and who are just starting to wake up. Because he didn’t tell us anything we didn’t already know– even if some of it only came to light this past week (Hunter; Titanic submarine; and ‘everything has been over since 2017’, etc.) — we still already knew it before the livestream. And this was supposed to be intel…

It is only 45 minutes, if you missed it last night. So you can FF through the longer-than-usual opening music:

I am also disheartened because his take on all the banks crashing and the stock market collapsing and all that chaos, is very different from what Simon Parkes reports (not all the banks will crash, the stock market will not totally collapse, there will be no EBS/EAS, and the awakening process (de-Nazification) will take years, etc.).

My feeling is that Phil is trying to create that sense of chaos to help more people wakeup quickly. But it just frustrates me.

*************

Yesterday was an intense day for me, gang. It’s why I didn’t post here yesterday.

I even postponed the work with Sandra until Monday, because I was in such an intense mood.

The frustration in my brain began the night before, when I was at work — a part-time job that I really like but that I wouldn’t have to have if the lockdowns had never happened. But still. I like the job. But the money is getting very tight, not just for the workers, but also for the owner. Understandably, he is getting very uptight.

But Thursday evening, beautiful weather, out on the lovely patio:

HIM: “Marilyn, come here a minute.”

I went there.

ME: “Yes?”

HIM: “No more oldies music. “

ME (astounded): “Why? The customers love that.”

HIM: “No, they don’t.”

(But they actually do — in the evenings at the train station, we stream 60s oldies, 70s dance party, and 70s pop and the customers love it.)

HIM: “We have a policy at all of my establishments that there is no oldies music allowed.”

(I’ve worked at “other” of his establishments recently where this is simply not true… Anyway.)

HIM: “Saturday night, ‘YMCA’ was playing. It’s against our policy.”

I just stared at him and tried to make my face an acceptable, unemotional blank. He’s under stress. It’s his business, and I actually like him as a person.

HIM: “When I came in Monday morning, that oldies station was stuck on my phone. I couldn’t get it to stop playing Otis Knight & The Pips.”

If ANYONE knows me personally, then you know that it took a Herculian effort, from somewhere deep, deep down in the center of my soul, to remind myself to choose my battles wisely, to consider that this man basically pays all my bills now, and NOT open my mouth and say:

“There is no such thing as Otis Knight & The Pips.”

Instead, I sort of efficiently said, “Okay.”

But when I woke up yesterday morning, I was just so frustrated by all of it. That I even have to have a job in order to survive, and that I have to work somewhere/anywhere — or spend any time whatsoever at a place where Oldies are Forbidden.

Plus, I know that the man who owns the train station is a Deadhead. He is 20 years younger than me but he loves the Grateful Dead. How tempting it is to say: “You know that the Grateful Dead was part of an MK-ULTRA psy-op, right?”

But this is the world we are in right now. We just have to keep moving forward in whatever way we can, and not turn against one another. So I got out of bed, got dressed, and turned my attention to my erotic novella-in-progress, Novitiate, and the sinister undertones of 1966 (see post from Friday), and because of Kubrick’s alleged involvement with the faking of the NASA moon landing, found myself finally watching the series at GoodLion.TV: “Eyes Wide Open: The Murder of Stanley Kubrick”.

The morning did not get cheerful from there. I took out my boxed DVD collection of Kubrick’s best films, set it on top of my TV table, and really looked at those titles. Except for “Barry Lyndon,” those other films of his were huge parts of major “culture destabilization”, weren’t they? Uncannily simpatico to the agenda of MK-ULTRA, etc., etc.

And Kubrick’s familial connection to influential (to say the least) Nazi filmmakers was also really discomfiting. (His wife was the niece of Veit Harlan.)

Too much information, all at once. Because even though I was a little girl in the 1960s, I was very aware of the culture and I have a very good memory. So, to see this sinister underbelly of everything that was such a huge part of my childhood…

Well, I just keep pondering — what is Novitiate really supposed to be about? I’m not suddenly being shown all this for no reason.

And of course my actual family life was disrupted on many levels by “cultural destabilization” in the 60s and 70s. And now with my dad dying — so many vibrant and vivid memories, gang. I want to capture all of it before my time here is through.

Anyway.

So I am back at it today. Reminding myself that it’s okay that I have to go in to that “oldies verboten” part-time job, for now — because I need it and because I like being there, even though I’m not getting any writing done while I’m there and in a handful of weeks (28 days to be exact) I will be 63 years old.

And soon everything will drastically change. Again.

I’m going to leave it at that and get started here.

Enjoy your Saturday, wherever you are in the world.

Thanks for visiting.

I love you guys. See ya!

*********************

Until Thursday, I had not known a single living soul on planet Earth that objected to “YMCA”. (I guess some people might connect it to Trump but you’d have to be watching his rallies to even know there was a connection.)

To me, that song now represents everything that was so wonderful about life just prior to AIDS (something we now know, thanks to Dr. Judy Mikovits, was caused by the Hep B vaccine and not anal-sexual promiscuity or the use of Vaseline or Crisco during anal sex…).

What a great song. What a great era to be gay in. For a brief shining moment, we laughed so much and so often.

What planet did I wakeup on yesterday, when anybody, anywhere – least of all, the place where I work — claims “YMCA” to be verboten??

Anyway. Play it loud. Smile — if you remember all of this great gayness and casual sex of 1978 (because it didn’t last long, gang — it became a walking horror show) and try to simply enjoy.

A Plethora of Psy-Ops! How to Keep Up?!

I’m actually talking about research that I’m continuing to do for the erotic novella, Novitiate, which takes place in the summer of 1966.

I knew that the CIA was somehow involved with creating the counterculture of the 1960s by flooding the “youth market” with LSD. And I knew Tavistock was somehow involved, too….

So I went to Freespoke to see what came up and — voila! — wow. It led to hours of reading and reading and a growing sense of nausea…

If you will allow me to go back to 1966 for a moment: It blew my mind, man.

Good lord. Way too much MK-ULTRA in this world, gang. And, in essence, going all the way back to about 1913. (And those fucking Rockefellers and JP Morgan are all over everything…)

If you are interested in reading this, it involves a total of 5 long articles. But here is the main one that stupefied me yesterday:

Manufacturing the Deadhead: A Product of Social Engineering by Joe Atwill and Jan Irvin (May 13, 2013):

“[…] Irvin saw troubling implications in his discovery. He was aware, of course, of the CIA’s infamous Project MK-ULTRA, in which the organization had given LSD to unsuspecting U.S. citizens. He also knew of the many conspiracy theories claiming that the government has been somehow involved with the creation of the “drug culture.”  He was also aware of Dave McGowan’s research on the drug and music movement that had come out of Laurel Canyon in the 1960‘s, which showed that many of the “rock idols” who created it were the children of members of military intelligence.

So the fact that a member of the CIA had also been involved with the discovery of Psilocybe mushrooms fit into a large collection of troubling linkages between the American government and the drug culture that emerged during the 1960’s. Irvin decided to do further research into the government’s involvement with the “psychedelic movement”.  An obvious question he hoped to answer was: Had Wasson been somehow involved with MK-ULTRA? […]”

************

However, I also did this research yesterday, which you might like lots better: images from Playboy Magazine in 1966! (And, yes, Hefner was allegedly part of the CIA, as well. But this has nothing to do with that, for now. Because Novitiate is not about the CIA…)

Allison Parks, Playboy, January 1966

*****************

My head is really just kind of spinning, gang. I randomly chose the summer of 1966 when I began writing Novitiate, 3 years ago. But now I’m seeing that 1966 was a very sinister year. Underneath it all. And so I’m sort of marveling at what this novella might really be about?

Plus, of course, it also makes me ponder my own life — since we’ve all been under the effects of MK-ULTRA for a really, really long time.

And having nothing to do with the CIA. However–

How perfect was this?? Dana Petty posted it to Instagram last night (her wedding anniversary to Tom — see my blog post from yesterday). How amazing that it mentions “Just Like A Woman”– part of my 1966 “soundtrack” for Novitiate:

So those wheels of curious coincidences just keep on turning, gang.

***********

No update yet on Phil’s livestream for tonight. But this was interesting — posted to his channel yesterday, about the Titanic Submarine (psy-op, anyone??):

And, hey! How about this??

A LINK BETWEEN A SIMPSONS EPISODE AND THE SUBMARINE THAT IS STUCK – IT GETS WEIRDER AND WEIRDER. (3 mins):

****************

But here’s some helpful advice from Charlie Ward yesterday —

THE DISTRACTIONS ARE COMING; DON’T PANIC! (1 minute):

**********

And I loved this one, from Phil’s channel this morning. (This war we are fighting, gang, it goes so far back. An entire society, purposely driven mad, decade after decade, by everyone we were programmed to believe. I’m so entrenched in all this stuff, day after day, that sometimes, when I finally step back and get the broader view of MK-ULTRA, it is astounding that any of us are still alive.)

Okay! That’s it for now.

Enjoy your Thursday, wherever you are in the world!

Thanks for visiting.

I love you guys. See ya!

The “soundtrack” for Novitiate continues! Enjoy!!

Here’s A Good Thing!

It seems that Faulkner had an even tinier desk than I have! And he wrote many masterpieces of fiction. Not to mention, also got some sort of a Noble Prize.

So that’s exciting and fills me with hope!

This is from Instagram. Someone I follow went to visit the Faulkner homestead and posted some photos:

William Faulkner’s Desk

(Is that a can of tobacco next to his lamp? That reminds me: in my continuing search for proof that somehow, someway, smoking tobacco might actually be good for you:

Surprisingly, Smoking Tobacco From A Pipe May Have Health Benefits

[…] The Native Americans and all the other indigenous smokers had it right, but in this century we have adulterated the hobby of smoking by adding so many poisonous chemicals.  Educating ourselves on the risks and benefits of enjoying one of natures herbs could lead to a much healthier life for smokers. […]”

I’m not sure I’m ready to smoke a pipe, but I did call Valerie immediately and clued her in that maybe, just maybe, we could somehow, someway start smoking again…)

Okay. I digress.

Wait — this just in from Phil:

“420,000 indictments about to drop”

Drop where and when and by whom — and which MSM news source will cover it — remains to be seen…

Phil is supposed to do a livestream Thursday (tomorrow), but no time is set yet.

********************

I really wasn’t going to spend much time on the blog today because I have the entire day to spend on Novitiate and I don’t want to get distracted.

Plus, it is an absolutely gorgeous day here today and I really love sitting at my larger-than-Faulkner’s desk and writing on a gorgeous day — and when it’s the summer Solstice (!!!!!!), to boot!

BTW– I still follow the Cainer Horoscopes in the UK, and here is my horoscope for today:

“You’ve negotiated your way round a big obstacle. You’ve turned a corner and the road ahead looks straight. If you’re not sure what I’m talking about it’s because your mind still needs time to catch up with the change in your reality. This is probably because you haven’t had a chance to put an idea to the test. The Solstice is always an empowering moment for you. With the Sun in your sign, you’ll soon see how a new arrangement will work. If you trust in your abilities and your entitlement to make progress, you’re set for action.”

That just feels really auspicious to me, gang. Especially on the heels of what I’ve been going through with my writing lately.

But add to that — the ideas and the visuals for the scope for Novitiate just keep coming. I’m sort of astounded by it but I couldn’t be happier.

So I’m not going to spend too much time here today. I want to get to the writing.

However, I saw this on Instagram and just had to post it:

JOHNNY GUITAR!!!

Joan Crawford in “Johnny Guitar”

Wait! No! Not that Johnny Guitar—

Johnny Depp posted this on Instagram today!

It has something to do with Jeff Beck, although I have no idea what. But he does indeed have two guitars here, so, well something’s going on. Perhaps it is Jeff Beck’s guitar. I don’t know.

But Johnny Depp only posts to Instagram sporadically, so I thought I’d share it here.

It’s also the heavenly anniversary of when Tom & Dana Petty had their public wedding: June 21, 2001. They were married privately in Vegas, earlier in the month, but had a public wedding in Malibu a couple weeks later, which was officiated by the Right Reverend Little Richard.

That’s really it, gang! I want to get started here.

I hope you’re also having a great day, wherever you are in the world! Enjoy that Solstice energy.

Thanks for visiting.

I love you guys. See ya!

Some more songs from the “soundtrack” of Novitiate:

All Sorts of Good Things!

Likely the best news of all — for all of us — is that Real Raw News is reporting that Whitmer’s gonna hang. (If she hasn’t already….)

“Yes, sir, she and Garlin were discussing how Covid was fake and how the lockdowns were a social experiment to see if people obeyed orders,” Robert said.

“I want to be clear. You personally heard the defendant say Covid is fake,” the admiral said.

“I did,” Robert said. “She said it’s no different from seasonal flu.”

Gone, baby, gone!! Yippee ki yi yay!

Check out this short video from Dr. Reiner Fuellmich. Sounds ominous for any [DS] players left in the game — especially those infiltrating the Resistance.

And Disclose.TV is reporting:

Hunter Biden to plead guilty to three federal charges
Breaking news from around the world.

(My guess is that we need to read this story with many grains of salt, gang. No way has Hunter been out, roaming the world as a free agent all this time. I don’t think he’s been executed — maybe he has — but he has definitely been under arrest for a really long time. And there’s, of course, something way, way, WAY fishy about why his laptop ended up in that pawn shop to begin with. However, this story is likely optics, but optics that will lead to something very, very positive. We’ll wait and see!)

Meanwhile.

All other good news is basically in my own world–

Sandra and I have begun the line-by-line read-through of Act One of “The Guide To Being Fabulous” and I have to say yet again, gang — this show is incredible!! It is just so good.

It is a one-woman musical; Sandra’s life story — with all original songs written by her and composer, James Dower. Not only is her life incredible, but the songs are, too.

I’m not just saying this because I’m helping her write it. I’m saying this because, when she first showed me her script in 2015 and asked me to help her with it — I thought that the potential of it was incredible, way back then.

And now it is really coming to fruition.

We worked on the first half of Act One yesterday and after we were done for the day, we were both kind of speechless, going, “Wow. It’s really there. It’s finally all on the page!”

Sandra Caldwell, circa 1990s

It made me want to start drinking again; to go to the corner gas station and buy a bottle of red wine to celebrate!!

Yes! That is my life out here in the Hinterlands! Gone are the days when every celebration called for a fine bottle of SaintÉmilion from the wine shop on the corner of Broadway and W. 97th Street — and nothing less!

And now that I live in an area of the world where nary a bottle of SaintÉmilion is offered for sale, at any price —

I have learned to settle for a bottle of wine from the gas station!!

BTW, I no longer drink because, nowadays, I have such a clean diet that even half of a glass of wine gets me drunk, immediately. It is absolutely not enjoyable.

But I’m still thinking about it…

Anyway.

The other good news stems from the Red Hand File that Nick Cave sent out yesterday. He says, in part:

[Art] insists that we retract our ego, our sense of self, the cosmetics of identity and let it do its thing. We are in service to art, not the other way around.[…]

Wow, did it resonate with me, gang. Readers here know that I have been struggling, lately, to find my writer’s voice again, to make my way back into any of the many works-in-progress that are sitting here on my desk — and have been since the Fall of 2020.

It was getting frustrating, depressing, debilitating.

But that Red Hand File yesterday was so intense, it sort of blew me away. And then I was suddenly back at it. I just went right into creativity mode.

One of the first things I did was re-link my blog to my “In the Shadow of Narcissa” memoir-in-progress. I was kind of stunned to discover that the website was still there. I thought I had deleted it (only because it was getting pirated by a site in China). But I hadn’t deleted it. It was all still there; I had only unlinked it.

So I re-linked it. (There is nothing new there yet. And you can only access the link if you visit my website from a laptop or desktop. You can’t find that part of my website viewing it on a cellphone.)

And then — wow.

I cannot even recall how it started, but I was suddenly working on notes for Novitiate, an erotic novella that has also been in progress since before the war.

And the notes took me to a much deeper place — I saw that the story had to really expand, and I saw how to do that. And the whole rest of my evening — about 5 hours — was spent on making more and more notes, and suddenly having all these amazing ideas, and realizations, come to me.

Wow.

And then this morning, while I was shaving my legs (!!), I suddenly further realized that Novitiate, which takes place in 1966, and 1954 Powder Blue Pickup, which obviously takes place in 1954, were going to be part of a sort of erotic series, and that there was going to be another erotic novella after Novitiate, that was going to be about the 1970s!

Jeez. Yay. Talk about flowing…

Anyway. You can read Nick Cave’s Red Hand File here.

And I have to add, that this photo he included really nailed it for me: a photo of the chaos of Giacometti’s studio, an artist that I love. It just sort of sang out to me, really loudly, that I just have to get back in there and keep on working. So I did.

Okay. I think that’s it for now, gang.

Have a terrific Tuesday, wherever you are in the world!

Thanks for visiting.

I love you guys. See ya!

A little bit of the “soundtrack” for Novitiate— enjoy!

Woman Drive Happy Flowers!

That was kind of me yesterday, gang.

Except for the dramatic headscarf and that incredibly awesome vintage automobile…

I was, though, wearing my sunglasses and a brand new sundress covered in a colorful flower pattern, when I drove down to see my dad for Father’s Day.

And I did notice that when I got out at the (very crowded) rest stop, none of the many women there were wearing dresses and I also noticed that every man, in every age range — including the guy who worked there and was on a break, smoking a cigarette in the “smoking zone” — who I like to think was in my viable age range but whose mom is probably younger than me — stopped what they were doing or saying or smoking to stare at me.

In a very nice way.

So that was really great. The trip itself, however, was sort of stressful. Just knowing what my dad is going through. plus, the drive itself, there & back. really knocks me out. I don’t drive long distances anymore and I just can’t get used to it.

Other than that, though, it was a great day. The weather was incredibly perfect and beautiful. One of my stepsisters was there, too, and I hadn’t seen her since her mom’s funeral (my stepmom), back before the lockdowns. She was doing really great and it was nice to see that (except when she mentioned something about being 57 now, I almost collapsed, because she’s supposed to still be in her twenties — right? Where the fuck is the time going??? Man.)

Anyway, it was a great day, but it exhausted me.

Beginning today, I have a lot of theater-related work to do with Sandra, so I won’t tarry here.

If you haven’t been keeping up with Phil, he’s been posting a lot of stuff about the presence of the military in all the various States. I have been on the lookout for that, but so far, I haven’t seen any in Ohio yet. Could be that they’re just eluding me…

Phil posted this on Saturday, which I loved:

Also, back on Saturday…

I posted the link to Ross K. Nichols’ upcoming video about “Following Jesus out of Christianity.” If you did not get a chance to see it live, the replay is now up there and it was just a really, really great lecture, gang. I am so looking forward to this new series.

Following Jesus out of Christianity (56 mins):

So that’s kind of it.

I gotta scoot and get ready to work with Sandra. (Which means: grab more coffee and eat something so that my brain is actually functioning…)

Enjoy your Monday (or your Juneteenth holiday, if you live here in the States).

Thanks for visiting!

I love you guys. See ya!

Some of my endlessly-driving-music from yesterday!!! (I was listening to a phenomenal 60s-Oldies playlist.)

It’s All Looking Really Good!

Here in my own life — I finally got to touch base with Sandra yesterday about her meeting with the director of our play, “The Guide to Being Fabulous,” and all the final rewrites to Act One. It was all really, really positive.

The best news — the director is planning to tour the show to several other Canadian cities after our run in Toronto, in the “Her Words Festival” this fall at Soulpepper.

And that tour will help us really polish the show until its razor sharp, because after that, we head to Off-Broadway with it, in NYC.

As Sandra said yesterday, “It’s all real now, girlfriend. This is it.”

Such an incredible feeling after working on this show for so many years.

Soulpepper Theatre Co. in Toronto

And things are looking good not just in my own life, but check out some of the great stuff going on in — yes — the war!!

These are just some of the 20 countries that have now applied to join BRICS:

“Saudi Arabia🇸🇦
UAE🇦🇪
Egypt🇪🇬
Algeria🇩🇿
Bahrain🇧🇭
Indonesia🇮🇩
Argentina🇦🇷
Mexico🇲🇽
Nigeria🇳🇬
Bangladesh🇧🇩
Venezuela🇻🇪
Iran🇮🇷
Kazakhstan🇰🇿
Turkey🇹🇷
Syria🇸🇾
Nicaragua🇳🇮

The new BRICS currency being discussed will reportedly be backed by gold, rare earth metals and the other natural resources of the BRICS members, with expansion bringing in the vast natural resource wealth of new members.”

And here are a few very short videos from RT this morning. Really good stuff finally taking hold world-wide, gang. We really are nearing the end of the war:

RT -IRAN SIGNS MAJOR AGREEMENTS WITH THREE LATIN AMERICAN ALLIES (3 mins):

RT – #SPIEF2023 | RUSSIA ‘NEGOTIATING WITH ALL FRIENDLY STATES ON ENTIRE SPECTRUM OF PROJECTS’ (48 seconds):

RT _ #SPIEF2023 | ‘EVEN THE SMALLEST ECONOMY HAS A VOICE IN THE EEU’ – RUSSIAN DEPUTY PM (4 mins):

And even though all the news in the US right now is fake– behind the scenes, things are also looking really good here, too, gang.

Posted to Phil’s channel this morning:

“Great synopsis from a fellow Anon:

Just spitballing here, but this is what I’m putting together:

  1. Covid origins have to become public on Sunday
  2. Trump is free to post on other social media on the 17th (he had an inclusivity clause on Truth), think, “my fellow Americans…”
  3. Wednesday is the longest day of the year. (Most light)
  4. Bidens are done. Too many whistleblowers and information came to light and it’s even in the mainstream news now. They are going to throw him overboard to save themselves
  5. Storms all over the place.
  6. Thousands of banks on the list for defaults.
  7. We are seeing military movement
  8. Frenetic Spiritual atmosphere is super heavy right now
  9. Prophets are getting more Words, more frequently, and with greater detail.
  10. More distractions in the news than I ever remember before
  11. Satan’s minions are getting more sloppy and “in your face” for the people to swallow. It’s not discrete and gradual indoctrination anymore, it’s an obviously evil bulldozer effrontery.
  12. The fact that Trump is going higher in the polls is a testament to how many people are pulling their heads out of their arses and waking up to the media and politician’s lies. More media outlets are falling
  13. Virtually the whole world is in revolt and protesting their various corrupt governments
  14. Still more voter fraud evidence is being revealed publicly and more people than ever are onto their cheating.
  15. Ukraine 🇺🇦 is almost done
  16. European countries are now publicly interested in joining BRICS.
  17. Senators and other insiders with sat phones are being told to charge them up and be ready.
  18. People have already researched the crap out of the evil cabal’s effects on historical and current sacrificial worship of Lucifer and how we have been enslaved and now a lot have moved on to researching the aspects of returning to health and a full prolific life. Hopefully, to bring an end to “the stupiding”
  19. Practically everyone now knows about the children
  20. Our covenant nation is about to celebrate another birthday 🎉🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸”

So all that is really great news.

Okay.

Q&A with James Tabor & Gnostic Informant — Reflecting Back on My 45 Year Career (2 hrs):

And starting today — this new class should be awesome, gang:

Ross K. Nichols –Following Jesus out of Christianity:

And that’s it!!

We’re back to having beautiful weather here in Crazeysburg, so I don’t have to stress about the leaky roof or keep reminding myself to not look up at the ceiling…

I’m ready for just a really great day, gang.

I will not be posting tomorrow because it’s Father’s Day and I’m driving down to see my dad.

Me, with my dad a bag of potato chips, but my dad took the photo (Cleveland, Ohio, 1962-63):

Enjoy your beautiful weekend, wherever you are in the world!
