I got really sick with some sort of food poisoning or something like that on Monday night, and was only able to get out of bed yesterday in time to dash off to work. What a day yesterday was — I’m not sure how I managed to stay awake at the store. I was thoroughly exhausted.
I thought for sure I would be back here to post to the blog as usual this morning, but I didn’t get out of bed until a few minutes ago (!!) and now I have to get ready for work.

There is so much intense stuff in the air, though– mostly re: what Putin is doing with these sanctions (against people who have already been arrested here and/or executed, I might add). Also, more reports coming out of Ukraine that the Ukrainians are even killing the mercenary soldiers, in addition to their own population, including children.
Phil was on DLive for about 45 mins last night and said that Biden’s removal is imminent. (Yay). We shall have to see.

This is my least favorite day of the year, gang. Every year, year after year, ad infinitum — they rob me of a precious hour!!
I am usually awake at 3am, but I don’t actually get out of bed until 4am. Then I feed all 8 of of us — me and 7 feral cats. Then I wash the many little dishes, grab a cup of coffee and head back upstairs to finish where I left off the night before — trying to gather “news.” This starts at 4:45am. Unless it’s Saturday, when I join the CC worldwide zoom meditation out of News Zealand from 5 to 5:20am.
Then, after reading & watching everything, I have to get my thoughts together regarding what I think the “news” actually is. Then I have to post it. Then I have to throw on some reasonably suitable clothes, dash back downstairs, pack my lunch and drive 25 miles to get to work by 9:42am….
That is how structured my darn morning is — every darn day, including Saturdays. But now, beginning today, when I get out of bed at “4” it’s really only three and that is fucking early!!!!

Pfizer filed a Form 25 📎 on 7 March, 2022 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The form was a request to delist their securities from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and to exit the public market. The Nasdaq delisting notice indicates that the company’s last trading day was yesterday (10 March 2022).
A Pfizer spokesperson confirmed the news today, saying: “On March 7, 2022, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) filed a Form 25 (Notification of Removal from Listing and/or Registration under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934) related to the delisting of Pfizer’s 0.250% Notes due 2022.
“The 0.250% Notes due 2022 were euro-denominated notes that were paid in full on March 7, 2022 in accordance with their terms and maturity date. As a result, the 0.250% Notes due 2022 are no longer outstanding and thus are delisted from the NYSE. Court-mandated Pfizer documents unsealed
The news comes on the back of a stormy week in which court-mandated documents are being released by the FDA pertaining to its review of the clinical trials in support of Pfizer/BioNTech’s Covid-19 vaccine license.
The court order will see 55,000 pages of Pfizer data released per month that was used to authorise their Covid-19 vaccine produced with BioNTech. BioNTech is a German biotechnology company based in Mainz with a branch in Cape Town, South Africa 📎 – that develops and manufactures active immunotherapies for patient-specific approaches to the treatment of diseases.
Both Pfizer (an American company) and BioNTech (a German company) were producing the Pfizer-BioNTech Cominarty Covid-19 vaccine. The documents under contention show 1291 listed adverse events linked to the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.
It is unclear whether the de-listed Pfizer will be acquired by BioNTech, and if so what formula will be used to fill the Covid-19 vaccines distributed by BioNTech going forward, and whether BioNTech will be supplying South Africans with Covid-19 vaccines.”
