HSI special agents discovered a subterranean tunnel down to the International Outfall Interceptor (IOI). The IOI is a wastewater pipeline that begins at the Mexican border and flows north to a plant that treats wastewater from Nogales, Sonora, and cities in Arizona pursuant to an agreement between the United States and Mexico.

Robledo-Delgado told agents that he constructed the tunnel so he could breach the IOI and retrieve packages of drugs that floated through the IOI from Mexico into the United States.

Personally, I am ready for life to be over, I am so worn out from this mostly unbearable war. I can’t even imagine attending a concert again.

However, in the event I continue to live — I am having a phone conversation this afternoon with my business partner and long-time friend, Peitor, who is now based in the South of France. I am extremely excited. We spoke for 5 minutes yesterday — for the first time in a year and a half.

Loyal readers of this lofty blog perhaps recall that before the COVID scam-demic demolished our lives, we had a really cool micro-short video production company underway in Los Angeles that was getting really great feedback from people in the international film industry. Assuming that I continue to live, our production company will eventually resume and, in all honesty, I cannot wait. I miss him (and it) so much.
