I am currently trying to post to this blog while Phil is on a huge posting streak over on telegram. Primarily about yet another train derailment in Ohio just this morning.

The new Copyright Claims Board issued its first final determination on February 15th. It involved a false takedown notice on Google and it ruled in favor of the claimant.

This was something I could have benefited from in my insanity with Amazon last year, when somebody somewhere submitted false claims about my new books & eBooks and had them all taken down for “violating Amazon’s decency policy.” But then they turned around and began publishing a whole slew of eBooks in my name that were absolutely just porn but they sold like crazy.
