It’s All Gotten Very Interesting

First of all — thank you to those of you buying my new erotic eBooks over at Black Lotus Books!! I really, really appreciate it.  So very much.

And, if you like them,  please don’t forget to review the books on the site after you’ve read them. I’m pretty sure you can use some sort of “username” and not your actual name if you don’t want to. (Yes, for over 30 years now, people who love my books & short stories often don’t want it publicly known that they do. It’s totally okay…)

All righty. Wow.

The news is getting so darn weird.

First (this is not weird), Tr**p is asking you to be in front of the W H on Jan 6 th by 9am.

Also, R*dP*ll 78 will be streaming live in D C  at some point during the day or evening. You can follow him on DLive. (And also on twitch and gab and rumble, etc.)

Okay, so some of that weird news.

Earthquakes all over the place that the mainstream media isn’t mentioning. However, some are saying this is normal underground activity. Others are saying these are underground bombs being tested… I do not have any idea what it means, but I thought the video below was very interesting.

I’m guessing that by now you know that vandals spray-painted P*los*’s house (and left a rather unfortunate pig’s head) and Mc C*nn*ll’s house was spray-painted, too. Also the “handwriting” on P* los*’s house was identical to the vandals who spray-painted the house of the Mayor of Oakland, CA this past July.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's San Francisco home vandalized overnight on New Year's Day - ABC7 San Francisco

Oakland July 2020 below. (I’m guessing it’s rather dicey to get in bed with anarchists, because you just never know when they’re gonna turn on you and spray-paint stuff on your garage, even if you were giving good lip-service to that idea that black lives mattered — at least  they did for a few weeks this past summer. After that, judging by the rise in shootings and murders of black people in Dem-run urban areas all over America , it sort of seemed like they were on their own.)

In other weird news:

As we all know by now, besides pretending to have a Southern accent while in Georgia the other day, and pretending to have celebrated Kwanzaa her whole life while photos from her childhood clearly show her celebrating Christmas,  k * m* l* has yet to resign from her Senate seat and start acting like a v p – el*ct.

That’s right. She has not chosen any new draperies for her office or anything like that.

Well, in addition to those well-known facts, word all over the non-censored social m* dia this morning is saying that B* den’s inaugural parade has been canceled. (My guess is because having only 10 people show up at a parade would force it to be less than a block long, and that would not only waste everyone’s time but it would also just be awkward.)

Especially when compared to, you know, something like the video below. (If you aren’t among the million-and-a-half people who have already watched this short video of Tr**p supporters in America, it will blow your mind. You never see this stuff on mainstream m* dia, gang. Never. Because this is not a man who lost an el * c t* on.)

The weird thing about that video above is that it was uploaded on Nov. 4th — the very day that all of America was waking up to discover that during the night, the el* ct*on had been rigged. Hmmm. Almost seems like Tr**p knew it was gonna happen and the video was ready & waiting… Almost like what Tr**p’s q supporters are saying right now: that these last 4 years have been an incredible sting operation to finally trap O b * m*  and the C* P in the act…)

There is also a rumor that B* den is planning to concede before the intense intensity begins on Jan 6 th in D C … (maybe he’s thinking that those upcoming felony charges in u k r a i n e for money-laundering will take up too much of his time and he won’t be able to give the job of governing a country as huge as the United States enough of his attention? Obviously, I don’t know.)

If conceding is true, though, how on earth do you concede from a fr*u d*l ent el *ct * on? Do you act like it was just now brought to your attention that there might have been some inaccuracies in the results? (Like, say, hundreds of thousands of fake v*tes that millions of people have been screaming about for 2 solid months???)

I guess we’ll see. But over at the horribly corrupt t w* t t*r, J*ck t w ** t *d that he is already focused on 2030. Perhaps he, too, is conceding that 2020 is lost for now… (Or maybe he’s thinking that 2030 will be the year he’s up for a possible parole after being convicted of High Treason? Who the heck knows. I guess we’ll simply just have to see.)

All this considered, perhaps you’ll concur, though, that the news is just getting really weird.

Okay, so around here today, we’ll be taking down the Christmas tree and all the Christmas decorations. And when I say “we,” I of course mean just me, because the cats are never really up for watching Christmas disappear and they get listless and lethargic and end up being good for not too much.

Man, it’s a lot of work, isn’t it? Taking down all that stuff and packing it away and then lugging it back upstairs to the storage closet? It’s always a little sad to take down the decorations, but there is something really refreshing about having the house all tidy and back to normal again, too. So I’m kind of looking forward to it.

Okay, I’m gonna get started here. Have a terrific Sunday, wherever you are in the world.  Thanks for visiting, gang. I leave you with my breakfast-listening music from this morning. I’ve posted it here many times before, but here it is again! “The Ship Song,” from the 1990 album The Good Son, by Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds. Enjoy. In my opinion, the song never gets old.  All righty. I love you guys. See ya.

Wow, What A Day Yesterday Was!

Yesterday was the first day in quite a while when I could really just totally relax — no pressing writing deadlines, plus, being a holiday here in the US, it was a real slow news day — and so what did I do???

I mean, besides be up & awake and in the Bad Seed TeeVee chat room by 5am??!!

Yes!! I got out all my Christmas stuff from storage and put up the tree and decorated the house (and did 2 loads of laundry, and vacuumed and dusted). And by 4:30pm, my entire body was crying out for CBD oil!! So I complied.

It is awesome how that stuff works on pain. For me, anyway.

But here’s a shot of the tree. (I know, it looks exactly like last year’s but trust me, it is this year’s!) (And while I was decorating, I watched A Charlie Brown Christmas, Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer, and Mr. Magoo’s Christmas Carol. So it was quite Christmasy around here yesterday.)

I want to point out that the reason all my curtains are a few inches too short for the windows is because the seven cats who live here constantly look out the windows, and the only way I can keep the bottom edges of the curtains from being shredded to death, is to keep them shorter than the window sill.

I have discovered over the years that, rather than try to do something insane like train feral cats, it is best to simply follow their lead and adjust accordingly.

And speaking of the cats… On Monday, when I went to the market in town to get the groceries, the store was 100% completely out of the canned cat food that I buy.

I buy very plain, low-salt, canned cat food for them, and they each get about 1/3 of a can every morning. This meager daily gesture is the highlight of their lives, usually.

But since I couldn’t get them their usual food, I was forced to get them 9 Lives and — oh my god, are they in heaven! I tried to get the plainest, lowest-salt flavors of 9 Lives, so it isn’t really that bad for them. But the joy in their little hearts is not to be believed! They are so cute.

I will consider doing it more often. But since I lost Daddycakes to kidney failure (and it was a truly horrible death for him), and my one remaining male cat is sensitive to too much salt, I have to be so careful. Feral cats are impossible to get to a vet. Not just the trapping part of it (they have to be trapped in humane cages in order to get them anywhere, and once in those traps, they will do their best to attack you), but vets usually will not treat ferals because they are wild animals. So I have to do everything I can conceivably do to keep them healthy.

Anyway. Simple pleasures are really the best. Just watching happy cats eat.

Okay! Today is the final day to watch the staged reading of my play, Tell My Bones, for free on YouTube. After today, it will be password protected, so if you still want to view it after today, email me and I will get you the password. (Click below and it will ask you to click another link that takes you to YouTube.)

So, back to yesterday — I don’t know why Nick Cave was talking about Ezra Pound’s Cantos in the chat yesterday (the chat stream was going by so fast that it was really hard to follow what everyone was chatting about), but it reminded me that I have Ezra Pound’s Selected Cantos, which I hadn’t read since the 1980s, when I lived in my hell-hole apartment on E. 12th Street in NYC.

In my collapsed state, after dragging everything out of storage and lugging things up and down the stairs, cleaning and then decorating the house, etc., I took the CBD oil mentioned above, flopped down on my bed and read Selected Cantos. I have always found them very challenging to read.

Below is the cover of the edition I bought back in 1983, at Coliseum Books in Midtown Manhattan. It was a Fifth Edition and the price sticker claims I paid $2.45 for it (brand new)!

Paperback Ezra Pound - Selected Cantos Book

It’s all coming back to me — why I used to buy so many darn books! Because independent bookstores used to be everywhere, and books used to be affordable!

Anyway, it was a lovely way to spend the rest of the evening. I really had such a great holiday yesterday, even though it was nothing at all like how Thanksgiving is usually celebrated.

All righty! So, yesterday, I experienced the first attempt at c*nsorsh*p of the blog. Please be aware that if you are offended by my politics, you do not need to read the blog, or read beyond the daily updates.

I know that a bunch of my usual readers have dropped off, however, hundreds of new readers, who do not subscribe to the blog and who aren’t even on WP, are reading the blog every day now. Mostly Americans, but from all over the world.

So I will continue to keep pointing people in the direction of actual news.

[So if you are signing off at this point, thanks for visiting, gang!! I hope you have a great Friday, wherever you are in the world! I love you guys. See ya.]

****************************************************

Even though we made incredibly great headway this week in beginning the legal process of halting the c**p d’et*t, it is awesome to me how many Americans are still in the dark about what is happening.

They have no clue how much extreme c*n c*rsh*p is going on — for instance, S*dn*y P*w*ll’s web site is now being blocked by tw* tt *r/ g**g l*. You can still access it through d*ck d*ck go, however.

Or how much fun they make of Tr**p, how much they mock him, without having a clue that their actual Constitutional rights are literally being pulled out from under them and that Tr**p and his legal team are the only ones fighting to save that. And not just for every American, but for people all over the world. Because the d* m*ni*n v*t ing software appears to have affected the outcome of elections all over the world.

If your politics lean far Left/Socialist/Anarchist, then this is good news for you. But you’re not likely to be reading my blog anyway. However, if you aren’t necessarily a Leftist, but wanted to vote for B* den and then found out that Tr**p had put d* m*ni*n v*ting machines in place to not only rob you of your vote for B* den but forced you, without your knowledge, to vote for Tr**P, you’d be beyond outraged.  (As you should be.)

But this should not be about who you voted for or who you maybe have been brainwashed to despise; it should be about protecting the Constitution. And to see so many otherwise gifted and intelligent Americans having a good laugh while their Constitutional rights are being shredded right in front of their noses — it is appalling, gang.

So, anyway.

The news was light yesterday, since it was a national holiday here. But there are still a couple of things to draw your attention to.

Naturally, rioters in P*rt land continued to cause thousands and thousands of dollars worth of damage… you can d*ck d*ck go that if you have the stomach for anything more about the insanity in P*rt land.

Also.

While deaths in America are higher in 2020, there have been 100,000 more deaths this year that were not from C* VID. (And this doesn’t count the tens of thousands of deaths that were attributed to C* VID here in the US that were actually caused by something else.) L*ck d* wns not only didn’t help, they appear to have caused thousands of additional deaths that likely would not have happened had the l*ck d* wns not been going on.

And below, an in depth interview on X*2 R*p* rt about the US economy right now, compared to the world’s economy, and where it is headed, including the Tr**p /c*apit*list scenario, and a B* den/Ob* a m* Leftist/Socialist scenario. (And the latter scenario is apparently already well underway in most of Western Europe.)

And this is also of interest: Wh*le F**ds founder and CEO John M*ck*y argued that socialism is a failed system that “impoverishes everything.”

So that is it for today, gang!! I leave you with my breakfast-listening music from this morning!! Enjoy. Have a good day.

Me + Migraine + Aspirin + Caffeine =???

Sorry for the delay in arriving here today.

As the heading might indicate, I was struggling with a headache. The type of headache that makes me indescribably irritable.

One of those migraines that starts as a brightly-colored geometric pattern in front of one eye. It slides around, making it really difficult to see (i.e., laptop screens). And I have discovered over time that if I can get aspirin into me as soon as the shapes appear, I can cut the accompanying headache off at the pass…

But I didn’t want to take aspirin because I have a lot of work to do on the play today and I have a meeting with the director tomorrow and he’s going back to NYC in a few days and I wanted this draft done — done done done done done — before he went back to NYC,  and aspirin actually makes me really sleepy.

So I decided that I would just ignore the brightly-colored geometric pattern in front of one eye as it slid around, and then the accompanying headache would simply never materialize.

Yes, that would be the self-same headache that always, without fail, 100% of the previous times, for years, has accompanied that fucking brightly-colored geometric pattern in front of one eye…

Since, obviously, ignoring it didn’t work, I finally compromised and went out in a whirlwind of pain & frustrated anger and bought low-dose baby aspirin and then drank a truckload of coffee… and guess what?

It worked!!! The headache put in a very brief appearance and then went away and I’m not sleepy at all.

That said, though, it’s already 3:30 in the afternoon so I’ll probably be here at my desk until 10 o’clock tonight, trying to recoup the lost time.  We’ll see. The feedback from the director re: my most recent revisions was really, really just so wonderful. So, I don’t really mind sitting here eternally, working on this play. Eventually, it’ll be worth it.

Here’s something really interesting that happened last evening. It was out on that magical highway over here, the one I’ve talked about before, where the Spirits are just off-the-charts interactive.

I was coming home with groceries, it was almost dark out, and for some reason, there was actually traffic on the highway. (By “traffic” I mean maybe 10 cars, but still. That’s 8 more cars then there usually are.) I was in the fast lane (of course) and a car cut right in front of me and had the nerve to go the actual speed limit (which is 70 mph, but I usually drive 95mph).

But I decided to myself: you know, it’s a really beautiful evening; the moon is almost full, the stars look awesome. I’m just gonna chill and hang out here behind this guy and go the speed limit for, like, the first time ever.

And then, lo & behold, up around the bend, for the first time ever, there sat the Muskingum County Sheriff. All bright and bold and beautiful.

Oh my god!! It was just too cool!! I felt so fucking blessed, you know? Like that guy who cut in front of me was sent from heaven! I always speed out here because the Sheriff is never around. But I also always pray to St. Francis and St. Christopher and to whoever else might be listening, before I ever get into my car… I really think it works.

Also, today, when I went to get the baby aspirin, I had to go a round-about way because they’re painting new lines on the main road. I went out over by the old Canal Rd., which is all farms and trees and hills and just so pretty.  (The old Ohio – Erie Canal used to run through this town back in the 1820s or something like that. There was a lock here and everything.) And the sky is so blue right now. I wanted to stop and take a picture to post on the blog, but I had such a fucking headache by then that I wasn’t really able to process the idea of stopping the car.

Anyway. It was lovely. And I just feel so blessed to be living out here.

Okay, gang. I’m gonna cut this short and get to work on the play now. Thanks for visiting.  I leave you with 2 things. One: an old photo of the Ohio & Erie Canal.

And, two: the song I was absolutely blasting on “repeat” in my little Honda Fit last evening when I had my blessed non-event with the Muskingum County Sheriff!

All righty!! I love you guys! See ya!
